The high-performance, low-priced expert system design launched just recently by Chinese start-up DeepSeek has created a wave of attention worldwide. DeepSeek-R1 appears to offer efficiency that rivals alternatives from the U.S., wiki.insidertoday.org but the company states it was established at less than a tenth of the expense of those designs. Chinese technology news portal 36Kr interviewed the company's creator, wikibase.imfd.cl Liang Wenfeng, photorum.eclat-mauve.fr in July 2024.
